Welcome to Court Atelier. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from us. Court Atelier is a brand operated by Scripted Creatives Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong.

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, as our jewellery is handcrafted from 925 sterling silver and may feature rhodium plating, slight variations in tone, finish, and appearance between individual pieces are normal and reflect the nature of the materials used. Colours may also appear differently depending on your screen settings.
Product descriptions, including dimensions and weight, are approximate and provided for general reference.
4. Ordering and Payment
By placing an order, you agree to pay the listed price for the selected products, together with any applicable taxes and shipping fees as displayed at checkout. All prices are shown in the currency indicated on our website. Exchange rate fluctuations are not our responsibility. Payment must be made at the time of purchase using the methods available on our website.
All orders are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including but not limited to: pricing or product description errors on our website, suspected fraudulent activity, stock unavailability, or issues identified during payment verification. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship from Hong Kong to destinations worldwide. Estimated shipping times and available methods are displayed during checkout. While we make reasonable efforts to ship orders promptly, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delays, losses, or delivery failures resulting from incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier. For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by your country.
