Refund policy
1. Overview
Court Atelier is operated by Scripted Creatives Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong. This policy outlines the terms under which we accept returns and issue refunds for products purchased through our website.
2. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging, certificates, and accompanying documents intact. Items that show signs of wear, damage caused by the customer, or that have been altered in any way are not eligible for return.
You must provide valid proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email, when requesting a return.
To initiate a return, contact us at hello@courtatelier.co with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.
3. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged during shipping, please contact us at hello@courtatelier.co within 14 days of delivery. You will need to provide photographs clearly showing the defect or damage. Once we have reviewed and approved your claim, you may choose either a full refund or a replacement.
For approved defective or damaged claims, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
4. Return Shipping
For standard returns (non-defective items), customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit. Items must be shipped back to our Hong Kong address, which will be provided when your return is approved.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, it will undergo inspection to ensure it meets our return criteria. Please allow up to 3 business days for this process. We will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.
7. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on items purchased during a final sale or clearance promotion, unless the item is defective or damaged on arrival.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of our confirmation email, please first check with your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary. If you have done so and still have not received your refund, contact us at hello@courtatelier.co and we will look into it.
