Shipping policy
1. Overview Court Atelier ships from Hong Kong to select destinations worldwide. We currently ship to Asia, Oceania, Europe, and North America. We may expand to additional regions over time.
Standard shipping is $10 USD and is complimentary on all pre-orders. Express shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee.
2. Processing Time As each piece is finished and polished by hand, orders are typically processed and prepared for dispatch within 5–8 business days. Pre-orders are dispatched approximately three weeks from the date of purchase. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
3. Estimated Delivery Times Once dispatched, estimated delivery times vary by destination:
- Asia: 3–10 business days
- Oceania: 7–14 business days
- Europe: 10–21 business days
- North America: 10–20 business days
These are estimates only and not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control, including customs processing, carrier delays, and local postal service conditions. Deliveries to P.O. boxes or remote areas may take longer than standard estimates.
4. Order Tracking All orders are shipped with tracking. Once dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment. Please allow 1–2 business days after dispatch for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
5. Customs and Import Duties For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and other fees may be charged upon arrival by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Court Atelier has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order if you have questions about potential fees.
6. Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not liable for orders that are delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If an order is returned to us due to an address error, we will contact you to arrange reshipment — any additional shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order appears to be lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@courtatelier.co as soon as possible with your order number and any relevant details or photographs. We will work with you and the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
8. Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned to us as undeliverable — due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of customs charges — we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your cost. If we are unable to reach you within 30 days, we reserve the right to close the order.
Please note that in some countries, unclaimed packages may be destroyed by customs rather than returned to the sender. Court Atelier is not liable for packages lost or destroyed under these circumstances. We strongly encourage you to respond promptly to any customs or delivery notices to avoid this outcome.
